Empowering hispanic businesses
in San Francisco

We work on representing, advocating and developing programs to provide you with the best access to business education, access to capital and the promotion of your business.

We are an organization of businesses whose main function is to promote and facilitate business in the San Francisco and Bay Area.

The Hispanic Chambers of Commerce of San Francisco and the Latin American & Caribbean Chamber of Commerce

The Hispanic Chambers of Commerce of San Francisco (HCCSF) and the Latin America & Caribbean Chamber of Commerce (LATCARCC) are recognized among California’s leading business organizations. Together, they fill a vital role in San Francisco’s economic landscape.

With a strong membership base and a strategic location in the heart of the Mission District, the HCCSF/LATCARCC are uniquely positioned to advocate for and support small businesses across the Bay Area. As the Hispanic/Latino business community continues to be the fastest-growing sector of California’s economy—contributing billions of dollars in annual revenue—HCCSF/LATCARCC serves as a critical gateway for business growth, partnership, and opportunity within our vibrant Hispanic and Latin American community.

“We work with our representatives at our local, state and national level to ensure that written legislation is favorable to our constituency and it will not be hindered with adversary policies.”

We provide you with the best access to business education and capital to promote your business.

Our mission

Our goal is to include every Hispanic/Latino and small business in San Francisco and the Bay Area. To create partnerships, procurement opportunities, and to link small businesses and corporations. This will allow us a platform to assist in the financial and economic growth of our community. We are members of the California and the US Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and will represent you at a State and Nationwide business platform. HCCSF stands for promoting business and preserving the traditions of our community. We work on representing, advocating and the development of programs to provide you with the best access to business education, access to capital and promotion of your businesses.
